Adult Exercise
This session will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00 am to 9:00 am. This is an exercise program for all ages that offers a combination of stretching, calisthenics, aerobics, walking and hand weights. Follow along with an exercise video, or go your own pace on the variety of equipment we have at your disposal. We have a great time and feel the benefits of starting the day with this workout! Feel free to call and preregister, or drop in and give it a try.
Fee: $1.00 per session.
